Cancellation Policy

Coach Screening and Conduct All Precision QB Academy coaches and staff will: Follow Football Nova Scotia and Football Canada safe sport expectations Meet screening requirements where applicable Maintain appropriate coach-athlete boundaries Use respectful, professional communication Prioritize athlete welfare over performance outcomes Cancellation and Refund Policy Athlete registrations and booked sessions are non-refundable once confirmed. If an athlete is unable to attend a booked session, Precision QB Academy will provide a credit that may be applied to a future session, camp, or academy program. Session credits must be used within the current calendar year unless otherwise approved. If Precision QB Academy cancels a session due to facility issues, weather, coach availability, or any reason within our control, a full refund will be issued to the participant. Refunds initiated by Precision QB Academy will be returned to the original method of payment. In some cases, participants may choose to leave the balance as an account credit instead of receiving a refund. Parent Communication Parents/guardians will be provided with: Program dates and times Weather or cancellation communication Injury notifications Safety expectations Emergency contact procedures Policy Compliance Precision QB Academy agrees to follow all Football Nova Scotia policies and procedures related to: Safe sport Screening Participation safety Risk management Coach conduct Athlete protection
