1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing the services provided by Precision QB Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all student-athletes, parents, and participants in our training programs.
2. Training Programs & Participation
Participation in Precision QB Academy requires compliance with all safety protocols and coaching directions. The academy reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who fails to meet behavioral or readiness standards required for high-performance training.
3. Risk Assumption & Liability
Football training involves inherent physical risks. Participants acknowledge that Precision QB Academy is not liable for injuries sustained during training sessions. Proper medical clearance is required prior to enrollment in any elite program.
Refund and Credit Policy
No Refunds and Credits Policy
- All session bookings and camp registrations are final.
- No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, cancellations by participants, or early withdrawals.
- Training credits are non-transferable and do not apply to future camps unless explicitly authorized due to academy-led scheduling changes.
- Exceptional circumstances (e.g., season-ending injury with medical proof) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Precision QB Academy.
Privacy Policy
Information Collection & Usage
- We collect participant names, contact details, and athletic history to provide personalized coaching.
- Media Release: Training sessions may be recorded for film analysis or marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media.
- We do not sell or share personal information with third-party marketers.
- All financial transactions are processed securely through certified payment gateways.
NO REFUND AND CREDITS POLICY
OPERATIONAL STANDARDS: Precision QB Academy operates as a high-performance training facility with limited enrollment capacity. When an athlete registers, that position is removed from inventory and resources are committed immediately to coaching and facility logistics.
- All Sales Final: Precision QB Academy maintains a strict no-refund policy. Payments for camps, private sessions, or group training packages are non-refundable once processed.
- Cancellations and Forfeiture: Private training sessions delayed or cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be forfeited. No credits or refunds will be given for non-attendance at group sessions or camps.
- Medical Exception Credits: Credits toward future training may only be granted for severe, documented medical conditions that prevent participation. A physician's signature is required for evaluation.
- Seasonal Expiration: All session credits must be utilized within the competitive season of purchase. Credits do not carry over between school years or competitive cycles.
- Force Majeure: In the event the Academy must cancel a session due to facility closures or extreme weather, a credit will be issued to the athlete's academy account. No cash refunds will be provided.
- If we cancel a camp or a session a full refund will be issued to the participant to the account used fpr registration

02. Registration & Eligibility
All athletes must complete full registration and medical disclosure before participation. Participation is contingent upon being in appropriate physical condition for intensive athletic activity.
03. Participation Waiver
Participation in football training involves inherent risks. Athletes and their legal guardians assume all risks of injury and waive any claims against Precision QB Academy resulting from participation.
Refund and Credit Policy
Strict No-Refund Standard
Precision QB Academy maintains a standard of professional commitment. Our logistics and staffing are determined by enrollment numbers, therefore:
- All training session fees and registrations are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not issued for missed sessions or schedule conflicts.
Credit Policy Guidelines
- Medical Credit: Issued only with valid medical certificate for long-term absence.
- Notice: Individual reschedules require 48 hours notice for credit consideration.
